Becoming more consciously aware of your higher self and your intuitive information is an ongoing practice and personal journey. Through Universal Flow I have developed a series of workshops and exercises that will guide you in learning your unique relationship with your energetic systems.

Universal Flow Workshops will help you integrate the intuitive skills you already have with the techniques and practices that you are drawn to such as; Yoga, Meditation, Energy Work, Reiki, Healing Touch, Energy Medicine, Hands on Healing, Somatic Therapies, Body Work, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, CranioSacral Therapy, Massage, to name a few.

Rather than teaching you another belief system I will show you exercises and practices that will help you consciously receive your own information and develop your individual skills. Through your commitment and effort in learning to operate your personal energetics; you will align your universal and physical consciousness with the Earth. This synchronization will increase your physical mental and emotional efficiency including your sense of well-being. Your increased awareness will help you integrate the life skills you already have with your highest joy, your universal truth and your greatest potential.
